1) About the site
Binaaline is a website offering general information about building, renovation, building materials and home systems, estimating calculators, and a tool that opens a Google Maps search by city ("the site"; its user is "the user").
2) Nature of the content
- The content is for general awareness and planning only. It is not an engineering design, an inspection report, or professional, legal or financial advice for your situation.
- The binding reference in Saudi Arabia is the Saudi Building Code and the laws, regulations and instructions of the competent authorities in force when your work is carried out. Where the site differs from them, they prevail.
- Structural, electrical, gas and other hazardous work must be carried out or supervised by a licensed professional, after obtaining the required permits.
- Calculator results are estimates based on the formulas and assumptions stated on each calculator; they are not approved quantities, prices or designs.
- We take reasonable care to review content against its sources, but standards and regulations change and errors can happen. If you find one, tell us so it can be reviewed and corrected.
3) External links, services and independent parties
- "Search your city" opens Google Maps in a separate window. Results are shown by Google; they are not businesses registered, verified or recommended by the site.
- The site is not a party to any agreement, dealing or payment between the user and any contractor, supplier, professional or other party, whether reached through the site or otherwise. Such agreements are governed by their terms and the applicable laws.
- Before contracting or paying, verify the other party's identity, commercial registration, licences and relevant classification with the competent authorities, and ask for a written contract covering scope, materials, duration and warranty.
- Links to other websites are for reference only; we do not control their content or policies.
4) Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
- The content and tools are provided "as is" for awareness, without a guarantee that they suit any particular case.
- The site is not responsible for decisions or work carried out by the user in reliance on the content without consulting a licensed professional and the competent authorities, nor for the conduct of the independent parties described in section 3.
- Nothing in these terms waives a right that cannot legally be waived, or exempts the site from liability for its own act or omission as determined by law.
5) Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the site, including by submitting false data or other people's data without right, attempting unauthorised access to or disruption of the site's systems, sending automated or spam messages through the forms, or copying and republishing site content commercially without permission.
6) Registering interest
Accounts (homeowner, contractor, supplier) have not launched yet. The "Register interest" form does not create an account or publish any data; it is only used to contact you at launch under the privacy notice. When accounts launch, terms and declarations specific to each account type will be shown before registration.
7) Intellectual property
The site's texts, design, logo, calculators and illustrations belong to Binaaline unless stated otherwise. Short non-commercial quotation is allowed with credit and a link to the page. Names of standards, bodies and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply partnership or endorsement.
8) Reports and corrections
To report a content error, an intellectual property issue or harm from published content, contact us via the contact page or info@binaaline.com with the page link and a description. We review the report, keep a copy of the page concerned, and let you know the outcome.
9) Changes
We may amend these terms. The version number and last-updated date appear at the top of the page; changes apply from publication unless stated otherwise.
10) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
